This Limited Warranty describes the specific, time-sensitive coverage we provide for items that arrive damaged or defective on arrival.
Coverage and DOA claim window
If an item arrives damaged, defective on arrival, or incorrect, you must contact us within 48 hours of delivery and provide photos. Claims submitted outside this 48-hour window may not be eligible for DOA remedies.
What this Limited Warranty provides
When a DOA claim is submitted within the required time window and supported by photos, we will review the claim and determine an appropriate resolution based on the situation. Possible outcomes may include:
A replacement (where applicable)
A return for refund
A refund (where applicable)
Return shipping responsibility for covered issues
For quality issue / wrong item / damage: The seller is responsible or handled depending on the situation.
What this Limited Warranty does not cover
This Limited Warranty is limited to damage-on-arrival, defective-on-arrival, or wrong-item concerns reported within 48 hours of delivery. For returns not related to these issues, please follow our Returns & Refund Policy (30 days from delivery) and note that non-quality returns require the buyer to pay return shipping.
How to submit a DOA claim
