Before shipment
You may request a cancellation, but it is not guaranteed and depends on the order status. If you need to request a cancellation, contact us as soon as possible with your order number and the email used at checkout.
After shipment
Orders cannot be canceled once shipped. If you no longer want the item after it has shipped, please follow our Returns & Refund Policy (return request within 30 days of delivery).
